With extensive experience in project and programme management, working in Strategy, Development, Affordable Housing, Regeneration teams across English Partnerships, Homes England, Liverpool Vision, Notting Hill Housing Trust and Karbon Homes.

Victoria has a strong track record in building relationships, coordinating projects, and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders. Victoria’s focus has long been supporting the development of new housing, shaping vibrant places, and enabling community-led initiatives in the North East. Throughout her career, Victoria has been committed to sharing best practice and professional development opportunities, working with private, public, and third-sector organisations, as exemplified in her role in the creation of the Homes England Local Government Capacity Centre.
