Sophie is a Chartered Town Planner, Full Member of IEMA and Chartered Environmentalist with a mix of public and private sector experience. She has significant experience in the preparation and delivery of major development schemes, including EIA projects. Sophie has worked for developers and private clients, on secondments to Local Authorities, and held a previous position at the Environment Agency. She has worked on a range of major development proposals, including for residential, mixed-use, and infrastructure schemes throughout the North East and beyond. Her current role at Pegasus focuses on providing planning support to a range of clients on complex multi-disciplinary schemes, as lead Planner and/ or lead EIA Co-ordinator, to successfully guide projects through all aspects of the planning process from pre-application through to delivery stage.
