The consultancy specialists in providing planning support for energy, mixed use, commercial, residential and minerals and waste projects nationwide. Sam has appeared as an expert planning witness at a number of high-profile minerals, energy and waste public inquiries. Sam has also provided a number of CPD events for the RTPI specifically in relation to mineral planning matters.
