Lesley's role at FW Capital focuses on providing loans to support both commercial and residential property development in the North East and Teesside. Her overarching aim is to support employment, future growth in the areas we serve, regeneration and to encourage private sector investment.

Lesley has worked for several banks over the years, largely supporting corporate businesses. This included heading up the Charities and Healthcare offering at Barclays for several years in the North East, working with a number of oil and gas companies, specifically supporting them with bonds and guarantees and she has also worked supporting investors with property portfolios.

Lesley is a Trustee at both Changing Lives and Willow Burn Hospice and undertake the Treasurer role at both.
