For positions on Board of Trustees, General Assembly and Vice President:
Voting takes place from Monday 18 August – Monday 15 September 2025
For positions in the Nations and Regions:
Voting takes place from Monday 6 October - Friday 31 October 2025
To vote for the Vice President, Board of Trustees and General Assembly:
If you are eligible, you can vote using your Unique Voting Code sent by letter or email from Mi-Voice, and cast your vote by Monday 15 September 2025 at 5pm (BST).
To vote for positions in the Nations and Regions:
If there is a contested position in your Nation or Region, you will be contacted and asked to cast your vote by Friday 31 October 2025 at 5pm (BST).
Candidates for the Vice President, Board or General Assembly roles will be told whether they have been successful or not in their application in mid September and the full election results will be posted on the RTPI website on the week commencing Monday 22 September 2025.
