RTPI to raise profile of planning at UKREiiF 2025

The UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum, also known as UKREiiF, is the UK's leading event within the real estate, property and infrastructure sectors. The event aims to connect people, places and businesses to drive sustainable and inclusive investment.

It brings together key decision makers from every area of the built environment and its focus on regeneration and driving development positively impacts communities, economic growth, and prosperity.

It’s a major 3-day event taking over the city of Leeds, featuring inspirational talks, high-level speakers and influential attendees, fringe events, and new business opportunities. This year’s UKREiiF is expected to host more than 16,000 delegates.

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is once again taking a leading role at this year’s UK Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF). We are proud to be partner with ICE, RIBA, and RICS to co-host a series of events from our dedicated Built Environment Lounge, located at Boulevard Studio 2 inside the secure zone. When we are not holding events, RTPI members are welcome to use the lounge as a space to network, catch up with colleagues, or simply pause between sessions.

Our theme is “Collaborating for Growth” to promote the importance of the built environment coming together to deliver growth.

RTPI delegates will take part in panels throughout the week, to raise the profile of planning and the key role planners play in creating sustainable and vibrant communities. We will be engaging with Ministers, Mayors, central and local government officials, and experts in the sector to build support for planning. We will also be promoting and looking to gain support for RTPI’s legislative priorities for the Planning and Infrastructure Bill.
