UN-HABITAT adviser receives honorary RTPI membership

The RTPI's immediate past President Janet O'Neill, who chairs the International Committee, has presented Dr Naison Mutizwa-Mangiza, Chief Policy Adviser of UN-HABITAT, with honorary membership of the RTPI. President's Report 2008-2009

Over the past 12 months, the RTPI has been very active on behalf of members. Read here what the Institute has been doing in a number of key areas.

This year, RTPI President Martin Willey is raising money for Link Community Development, a charity that promotes education throughout Africa.

Regions and Nations’ 2008-2009 report

The Regions and Nations, covering Scotland, Wales, nine English regions, Northern and Southern Ireland at the local level, provide the RTPI’s over 22,000 members with training, social events, news, information and other local services. Read the report here.

The RTPI is committed to a full and wide ranging consultation with its members on the raft of National Policy Statements coming forward. Through the RTPI policy webpage, you will be able to submit your views on emerging national policy statement consultations and help shape and inform the RTPI's responses.
