RTPI NI member survey 2018

Planning in Northern Ireland - We want your views!

The Northern Ireland plan-led system and governance arrangements come into play in April 2015, just over 3 years ago.  At the RTPI we are interested in members' views on how the new system is operating.  We are keen to learn how the system is delivering and to enable members to share experiences and best practice, in addition to identifying how the system can be improved. The survey considers all aspects of the planning process from Pre-Application Discussions to Planning Appeals, Community Plans and decision-making.

The survey is aimed at all RTPI members involved in the planning system in Northern Ireland and should take less 10 minutes to complete.  We would be grateful if you could take the time to respond to the issues that are relevant to your operational practices and skip those that aren't.

The data you are providing for this survey is being collected and stored by the RTPI.  The feedback gathered will be used to direct the RTPI NI work programme, to identify any key areas the RTPI NI can assist members through the delivery of CPD events and also, if identified to make recommendations for review or support and guidance to Government on specific planning related topics. 

We appreciate you taking the time to feed back to us via this survey, the results are anonymous and any comments will be treated as confidential.
