Great Central Square is a £60m regeneration scheme connecting the Waterside area of Leicester to the heart of the city centre. The scheme comprises two hotels, 33,000sq ft of Class A office space and the refurbishment of the former Great Central railway station to 20,000 sq ft of leisure space. The scheme includes a pedestrian super crossing and public open realm.
Laura is a Senior Planner at Boyer Planning and has a wide range of experience specialising in residential proposals and site promotion. She is Co-Chair of the East Midlands Women in Planning Branch which seeks to increase diversity, inclusion and equality across the profession.
Marrons Planning are a specialist planning consultancy serving a diverse client base. The team advise clients on the preparation and submission of planning applications, promotion of development sites, negotiation with local planning authorities and assisting with submission of environmental impact assessments. They also support clients with preparation of appeals and presenting expert evidence at public inquiry.
