Practical guidance will be provided on planning language, legislation and terms at this half-day seminar, which aims to bring together all those working in planning administration in both public and private sectors.

RTPI Core CPD: Planning Law and Process

- Understand different types of application and the difference between full and outline planning permission
- Learn about other key aspects of the planning system including S106, CIL and enforcemen
