The Planning Inspectorate (PINS) have responsibility for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) and the Development Consent Order (DCO) decision making process in England and Wales. There is a range of skills and understanding of the processes required for all those involved in such schemes.
Through a combination of expert trainer input, discussion and group work, you will:
- Gain an overview of NSIPs and lessons learnt;
- Hear a legal update;
- Gain first-hand knowledge on suppliers and clients working together on Development Consent Order applications;
- Get a local authority perspective – lessons learnt so far.
