The West of England Young Planners and LUC would like to invite you to an Environmental Impact Assessments CPD event on 24 September 2019.

This event will cover the EIA regulations and the impacts they have for EIA coordinators and planning officers. James Hopkins MA MRTPI and Katherine Sydney BSc MSc PIEMA from LUC will be leading the discussions, both of whom have extensive experience in writing and reviewing Environmental Statements.

Key elements of the event include:

  • Introduction to the EIA process
  • Overview of the 2017 EIA Regulation changes
  • What can go wrong in EIA
  • Improving EIA

There will be time for questions following the presentation and time after the event for discussion and networking.

The seminar cost is £3.00 a ticket and light refreshments will be served.
