Rural Planning Update

This full day cpd event will look at various apects of rural planning in relation to environmental impact and sustainable development, in particular, climate change, low carbon policies, biodiversity net gain.  Also will include a review of the House of Lords Select Committee report on the rural economy - "Time for a strategy for the rural economy" and take a look at some recent case law.

Speakers to include: Hugh Ellis TCPA, Dan Stone Centre for Sustainable Energy, Justine Lloyd Lichfield District Council, John Scott Peak District NPA and Scott Stemp No 5 Chambers.
