The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), the Home Builders Federation (HBF), and the British Property Federation (BPF) invite you to join us at Conservative Conference to hear from our expert panel and contribute to a debate on how to tackle the housing crisis.

Rising to the housing challenge

Planners, home builders, and real estate owners need to work together to tackle the housing crisis and deliver “more, better, faster” and “more beautiful” houses to reach the government’s 300,000 per year target.

At the Conservative Party Conference this year, the RTPI, HBF, and BPF are holding a panel discussion to explore solutions to these challenges and the opportunities for collaboration to secure the future of UK housing.

The discussion will be chaired by Bob Blackman MP and will examine what is already being done and what more can be done by government, planners, home builders, and property owners.

Speakers include Peter Andrew (Deputy Chairman – HBF), Helen Gordon (President – BPF), Ian Tant (President – RTPI), and Nicholas Boys Smith (Interim Chair – Building Better Building Beautiful Commission, and founding director – Create Streets).

Refreshments will be served.
