Preparing for Public Inquiries

This seminar provides the opportunity for planners from all sectors to learn more about Local Plan hearings and public inquiries. The training will be led by Barristers from No5 Chambers and will explore the different procedures, tactics, types and formats of different hearings, appropriate submissions and statements, cross examination and the role of experts at hearings and inquiries. The seminar will also offer delegates to put their learning and expert witness skills into practice as part of a mock Local Plan examination and appeal inquiry.

This is a full day event and includes lunch.
