In the planning workplace where customer service, communication and working under time constraints are vital, soft skills are more important than ever. Emotional intelligence, relationship building and setting boundaries are central to our career and personal well-being.

Join us for an interactive session focusing on the development of soft skills and personal resilience, with hints and tips from our speakers.

The session will be followed by an opportunity to mingle, with food and drink provided.
