Ready to take your career to the next level? Becoming a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) through the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) demonstrates to employers, clients and the wider public that you meet the highest professional and ethical standards in planning.
The APC is a competency-based written assessment. Whatever stage you are at this event will provide you with essential guidance on achieving success in the APC. You will be briefed on what is involved in preparing an application, what you need to include and how you present it. It is also a great opportunity to ask questions and hear from others preparing their submissions.
Candidates, mentors and employers are all welcome.

RTPI Chief Executive Victoria Hills will attend in the morning and provide a brief introduction to the session outlining the RTPI’s vision for planning.
There will be an opportunity for networking and refreshments after the session.
