Devon and Cornwall Young Planners invite you to join us for an evening discussing flooding and development followed by food and socialising.

Flood -139000_1920Marcus Salmon, the Sustainable Places Planning Specialist at the Environment Agency will be presenting on how planners should be considering flood risks in developments. The talk will include advice and discussion on the consistent application of sequential tests and will highlight some best practice for planners making decisions for a sustainable future.

If you want to get your fountain of knowledge on flooding with flood risk mitigation then please join us.

The talk will be held at the Loft following by a walk along Plymouth Harbour to grab fish and chips (other options available) and chat with like minded planners.
