This year's lecture will be given by Professor Gavin Parker - Director of Planning Programmes, Henley Business School, University of Reading.

The 18 November is exactly 50 years since the Skeffington Report was released. Prof Parker will join us to discuss what we learnt from the Skeffington Report, what the landscape looks like now and what we need to do to ensure we are engaging effectively in the future.
