Venue:

Join the debate about whether good design is subjective and how effective is planning in achieving well designed development that enhances the built environment and is fit for purpose.  What aspects of design can be objectively assessed?  How effective are design codes?  Is there sufficient advice and guidance given to planners?  How effective are planning controls and should planners have more control?

Speakers will include an architect, landsacpe designer and planners.
