This one day conference looks in to the art of viability but also how to build trust between all parties involved. Expert speakers will consider the NPPF and the latest guidance in respect of plan-making, setting Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), as well as site specific appraisal. The course will go further still, discussing how viability studies can inform policy writing, as well as when and how site specific appraisals can ensure a scheme comes to fruition.
