A Yorkshire Young Planner networking event

Join Yorkshire Young Planners and other built-environment professionals for the third in a series of popular events on the factors which make a good place.

At this relaxed networking free event, attendees will be asked to attach a tag to their favourite place in York City centre, summarising the reasons for their choices.

The group will then discuss what the findings tell us about the factors which make a good place.

The discussion will be co-ordinated by heritage and placemaking experts from Atkins, Tristan Wilson and Sandra Honeywell who are currently advising on numerous major projects in the UK and abroad.

In addition, there will be informal networking following the discussion and a chance to catch up over a drink at this independent bar in the heart of York.

The first two events, held in Leeds and Sheffield, drew out some interesting and contrasting findings so let’s see what insights we gain in York!

Approx Programme timings;

  • 5.30pm Networking
  • 6pm Discussion
  • 7.30pm Networking and discussion for those wishing to stay for a drink

We hope to see you there.
