Infrastructure is a vital ingredient of successful place-making which requires timely funding, political support and effective planning. Sue Percy, CEO of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, will Chair this session considering policy, case-studies of best practice and the challenges of infrastructure delivery in the South East. Speakers from a range of backgrounds, will draw on their knowledge and experience in this area.
