This training day is led by Barristers from No 5 Chambers and will explore all the procedures and practices necessary to prepare participants for a Public Inquiry or Examination in Public. It will cover Inquiry procedure and tactics, types and formats of different hearings, appropriate submissions and statements, cross examination and the role of experts at Inquiries. During the afternoon there will be the chance to take part in a mock Inquiry or EiP. This seminar is suitable for planners at all levels from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
This is a full day event and includes lunch.
