The importance given to the design quality of the built environment has fluctuated over the past 40 years. The government released the revised NPPF on 24th July 2018 to ensure that planning is given for the right homes in the right places and of the right quality whilst also protecting our environment.This seminar will explore the responses to- whether we are witnessing a reawakening for the need of good design quality ? Do we need to be reminded of the fundamentals of good design?
