NAPE's 2018 Annual Conference will take place at the Birmingham & Midland Institute, Birmingham. This event is kindly sponsored by No. 5 Chambers Barristers.

The RTPI Vice President, Ian Tant will open proceedings for a full day of hot topics at the forefront of planning enforcement. This year topics will include enforcing the new PD rules for the NPPF, the pros and cons of direction action, injunctions and the usual planning law update.

Delegates will be able to particapate in afternoon workshops on ensuring a notice is fool proof and effective use of POCA.
