Half day event looking at the environmental and socio-economic impact of large development applications, including minerals and fracking, large scale housing and commercial sites, windfarms and infrastructure.  We will look at the EIA Regulations and the formal process, together with assessing impact from the point of the receptors with reference to the different application types.
