This CPD session on density will provide you with a summary of the implications of The NPPF revisions on high density schemes.  Niamh Hession from Turley and Jonathan Severs from South Gloucestershire Council will give you different perspectives on the challenges of delivering higher density developments.

This discussion led CPD event will cover questions around the implications of different density measurements for development schemes; factors that can affect the density of a scheme; what is the appropriate density, and how to get the right mix of home sizes, tenures and facilities to help build a sense of community. It will also include a review of some best practice examples of high density schemes.
