Following last year’s smash hit success in Oxford, this year the RTPI Independent Consultants’ Conference - ‘ICN Making a Difference’ takes place within the spectacular Kings Manor in York University.
This event will provides unique opportunity for connecting with fellow consultants, including an evening of networking drinks and walking tours, followed by a jam packed day of presentations with plenty of opportunity for discussing the hot topics of the moment.
Introductory remarks will be provided by the new Chief Executive of the RTPI, Victoria Hills will commence an impressive and diverse line up of speakers. Topics to be covered this year include include the new NPPF, the scope of S73 applications, community engagement, the appeals system and improving design quality, along with the customary planning law update.
