The Grampian Chapter is delighted to invite you to a presentation by Kate Houghton, Policy and Practice Officer at RTPI Scotland.

Kate will outline some of the main aspects of the Planning Bill now under scrutiny in the Scottish Parliament, including some of the areas where RTPI Scotland is likely to look for amendments. She will also explain the process from Bill to Act, and explore some of the elements of reform that will come about through secondary legislation and new policy and guidance once the Bill is an Act.

The presentation will be followed by a questions and answers session.
