The delivery of affordable housing can be particularly challenging for rural areas. Rural exception site policy is restricted to affordable housing, is this effective in delivery? Cardiff University is leading research for RTPI Cymru that is investigating how rural exception site policy is interpreted and used, its effectiveness across Wales.  Come and join us at our small discussion event to hear about the study and early findings, and feed your views into this interesting and important research. Numbers are restricted so advance booking is essential.

Following the event the handover of RTPI Cymru’s Chair will take place and the opportunity for informal networking.
