Devon and Cornwall Young Planners are excited to bring you a boat trip in Plymouth Sound, a joint professional event with RICS Matrics group. The event provides an opportunity to network with other young planners and surveyors while enjoying a boat trip and BBQ.
This will be a great opportunity to meet people from both planning and surveying, enjoy the beautiful surrounds of Plymouth Harbour and discuss the work you are involved in with colleagues.

The 3 hour trip on the ‘Spirit of Plymouth’ will consist of a tour around Plymouth Sound, starting at the Barbican and including a view of Drake’s Island, a short trip up the Tamar estuary and a visit to Mount Edgcumbe for a BBQ. A complimentary drink will be provided on arrival and further drinks can be purchased from the on-board bar.
The boat will leave from Commercial Wharf (just south of the Mayflower Steps) in the Barbican at 6.30pm. Please arrive at 6.15pm to allow enough time to register. This will also be the dropping-off point.

Times: 6:30pm – 9pm. Please arrive at the meeting point by 6.15pm for prompt sail at 6.30pm.
Cost: £10 Inc. VAT. The trip will include the BBQ at Mount Edgcumbe plus one complementary drink. Additional drinks can be purchased on the boat.
Booking: Places are limited for 35 people on a first come first served basis.
