Planning for European Cities of Culture

You are invited to a talk from international expert Professor Franco Bianchini, who is Director of the Culture, Place and Policy Institute at the University of Hull. The centre specialises in analysing city culture policies and has recently published initial findings of the impacts of the Hull City of Culture 2017 designation.

Professor Bianchini will reflect on his past and present experiences in urban planning of cultural development in European cities to bring about regeneration and transformative change.
