A masterplanning workshop for built environment professionals.
Paul Morsley is a Landscape Architect and has extensive experience delivering projects from large scale masterplanning to detailed design and implementation on site both in overseas and in the UK. His skills focus on masterplanning, residential and mixed use development, urban design led development strategies, design guidelines, landscape assessments and architectural illustrations. Paul is also regularly involved in many charrette based consultations for masterplanning projects with local communities.
Join us for an interactive workshop where you will explore and share your knowledge of the masterplanning process from the initial concept, through preparation, design and implementation.
Learn about masterplanning at different scales and comprehend the key issues around preparing a masterplan – what needs to be considered and what makes a good masterplan?
Through group discussion around real life project case study examples, we will look at the benefits of a structured approach to masterplanning and what to consider or look out for when reviewing a designer’s masterplan from a planner’s perspective.
