Due to ever-increasing scrutiny being applied to the process and the need for clear guidance to practitioners.  This seminar will explore current working practice and necessities and subsequently how these shape the submission of EIA applications.  The seminar will also explore the latest legislator requirements and how these affect day-to-day working standards.  Finally the seminar will explore common pitfalls of EIA and patterns of challenge to submissions.
