Conservation and heritage planning has moved from the fringes to become a mainstay of much imaginative regeneration across the UK. Whilst celebrating 50 years of the Civic Amenities Act, we look forward, examining how innovative techniques and management of historic assets drive regeneration, quality and prosperity throughout our region and beyond. Les Sparks OBE, former CABE Commissioner and English Heritage Commissioner, will give a keynote address.
