The former planning minister’s presentation is part of the Institute’s pre-election manifesto engagement activity and follows presentations from Labour and the Liberal Democrats.
The event coincided with the publication of the RTPI’s latest policy paper on transport infrastructure and a presentation by Sir John Armitt on the Armitt Review.
