Young Planners' Network
The Young Planners’ Network (YPN) is a community of young planners, and is for all planning students, all RTPI Student and Licentiate members, and RTPI Corporate members under the age of 35.
What's on in your area?
There is a young planner representative in each region and nation (often supported by a group of local young planners) who organises events for young planners. Some areas also have their own newsletter. Each regional or national group is part of the YPN but also linked to its RTPI Region or Nation. Most groups correspond directly to the RTPI Regions and Nations, but some are sub-regional or cross boundary.

Joining the network
If you want to make an impact as a young planner and further your professional development, then why not join the YPN? To join the network:
You must first have registered on this website by clicking on the "my profile" button in the top right hand corner. Please complete the Profile as fully as possible as this will help you get the most from the Network (RTPI members please remember to include your membership number).
Once this been done, just click on the ‘Join here!’ link to the left of this page. Requesting access there triggers a message to the Network Manager who will grant access and respond to you by email. (Non-RTPI members may be asked to supply additional information.)
If you have any problems signing up online please email the Network Manager.
At any point, if you wish to leave the Network, simply contact the network manager.
