INVITATION TO TENDER

Measuring the Added Value of Planning Aid. Planning Aid England and the Royal Town Planning Institute wish to commission researchers to scope evaluation of the added value brought by the Planning Aid service to economic, social and environmental development outcomes. The project recommendations will underpin the enhanced collection, assessment and use of Planning Aid data. The successful contractor will demonstrate expertise in the evaluation of third sector programmes, combined with detailed understanding of community engagement and development processes. The deadline for submissions was 12:00 Monday 25th January 2010.
