RTPI NE Chair Joe Ridgeon has written a comment on Government proposals for Green Belts in The Journal, describing the plans as “curious” and pleading for an element of stability in Government pronouncements on planning. “The last thing businesses need is the uncertainty of endlessly rewriting rules” says Joe.
