Locally-based RTPI President Colin Haylock is to speak at a meeting of the Northumberland and Newcastle Society on Thursday 22 November 2012 (5:30pm at the Dickinson Dees office on the Newcastle Quayside). His twin topics will be:
“Can the Coalition Government’s planning reforms really deliver both localism and growth?”
and
“Design in planning after the Government’s near complete with drawal from supporting CABE (the Centre for Architecture and the Built environment).”
