It's fun, and strengthening your own professional networks will help your career prospects and give you extra insights into your day-to-day tasks.   • Annual Dinner Dance and Awards Presentation Evening

    Over 130 RTPI members and guests packed the mezzanine suite of Newcastle's International Centre for Life on 5 October for one of RTPI's best-attended functions in recent years. More information here

     

  • RTPI North East 2013 Awards

    The closing date for entries for this year's RTPI NE Regional Awards Scheme has now passed. 10 entries are now being appraised by our team of volunteer judges, who will be reaching their decisions in good time before the announcements of the winners and commendations at the 2013 Regional Awards Dinner on Friday 4 October.

  • NLP celebrates 50 years

    NLP have been staunch supporters of RTPI NE events and activities for numerous years and we wish them all the very best with their 50th birthday celebrations. These celebrations include raising £50,000 for chosen charities.

  • Six-a-Side Football Competition

    South Durham were the winners of the 2013 RTPI NE Football Competition, beating Stockton in a hard-fought final. Player of the tournament was Chris Baxter and the Fastest Goal was scored by Grant Folley. John Dixon and Ross Ward shared the Top Goal Scorer trophy. A full tournament report is available here - see also results on this link
