Water and Planning: Crossing Boundaries and Bridging Gaps

The multi-disciplinary event organised for professionals from Wales and England held on 24 February 2012, discussed a range of issues around the Flood and Water Management Act and the Water White Paper and the interaction with planning policy in Wales and England.

The Conference was sponsored by Waterco Consultants, SWAN (Sustainable Water Action Network), and the UK Flood Risk Management Teaching & Learning Network.

The event was conceived by RTPI Cymru and CIWEM and organised by University of Exeter, University of West of England, Wrexham County Borough Council and University of Liverpool.
