Welcome
Welcome to the Thames Valley Young Planners’ Network (TVYPN) homepage.
The launch of TVYPN follows the successful launch of the South Coast Young Planners’ Network (SCYPN) in November 2006, and, like SCYPN, TVYPN is linked to the RTPI South East Region.
TVYPN is for young planners in:
- Oxfordshire
- Berkshire
- Buckinghamshire
- Surrey
The network provides an opportunity for young planners in the area to network and increase their knowledge base of local, national and international planning issues through regular meetings, seminars and social events organised by a steering group committee and publicised in a bi-monthly online newsletter.
It is free to join, open to all young planners in all sectors across the region and allows young planners to get involved, learn and meet new faces. The quality of speakers thus far has been exceptional, and membership numbers are increasing rapidly, which will enable the network to develop further in 2011.
