RTPI London
RTPI London promotes planning as a profession and builds links with other built environment professions and organisations throughout Greater London. We offer members a programme of affordable seminars and events to assist with their continuing professional development requirements, and also publish a regular newsletter for members.
Almost 2,000 planners from central, regional and local government, private consultancies, the education sector and other organisations are members of RTPI London. We welcome the views and opinions of all our members, and we are always looking for volunteers to help with running our programmes.

community infrastructure levy: payment and collection - 18:00 - 20:00 - wednesday 1 february 2012
The Mayor of London's Mayoral CIL Charging Schedule is expected to come into force from April 2012. This event will aim to answer questions on the practical payment and collection of CIL from both an applicant and local authority perspective. Speakers include: Andrew Barry-Purcell, GLA - Graham Jones, Jones and Jones Associates and POS CIL Lead - Steve Dennington, LB Croydon and Gilian MacInnes, Planning Advisory Service. RTPI LOndon young planners - pub quiz is back! - 16 February 2012
The RTPI London YP Pub Quiz will be running again at the Auberge, 56 Mark Lane, London, EC3R 7NE. Registration will start at 19:00 and the quiz will commence at 19:30. The cost of the pub quiz will be £2.00 per RTPI member and £3.00 for non-members. This is payable on the night. Please email Lucy to request a booking form. Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment!
