Changes 2008
Changes to householder permitted development rights were introduced in October 2008. Information on the changes can be downloaded from the Planning Portal web site.

The Urban Forum, with assistance from Planning Aid England, have produced a Handy Guide to England's Planning System. The document seeks to shed light on the planning system and how you can get involved.
