We have qualified and independent Planning Advisors at the end of the telephone. They are on hand to give callers 15 minutes of free planning advice over the telephone.

Initial help may include advice, directing you to other organisations or providing a list of planning consultants. Each enquiry is dealt with on its merits and you may be asked a series of questions to determine if you qualify for further assistance.

Cases that require and are eligable for further assistance will be passed on to one of our national network of RTPI volunteers.
