The Planning Aid Advice Line offers fifteen minutes of free and objective planning advice to all callers.  Our team of professionally qualified Planning Advisors are happy to answer enquiries on any planning related issues.

Further Assistance

If an enquiry can not be fully dealt with within the initial 15 minutes, the caller may qualify for further assistance.  Eligible cases are passed to one of our professionally qualified volunteer, who will provide their services free of charge to the individual or group unable to afford professional fees.

Outreach Work

Planning Aid England has Community Outreach Co-ordinators based throughout the country.  Supported by a team of local volunteers, they help communities engage in planning their local area.
