How to apply

How to register

If you'd like to volunteer for Planning Aid England, you'll need to register as a volunteer.

We are currently undertaking a review of our volunteers and are not accepting new applications at this time. It is envisaged that the volunteer review will be completed by the end of June 2015. Once the review is complete we will update this page and you will be able to register as a volunteer.

What happens next

HandbookOnce we have received your registration form, we will contact you with confirmation details and your Planning Aid England Volunteer Handbook. The Handbook contains information on all aspects of being a Planning Aid England volunteer, such as:

  • Roles and activities
  • How to handle casework
  • Getting involved with Neighbourhood Planning activities
  • Volunteering and CPD
  • Insurance
  • FAQs

We will also pass your details to one of our Planning Advisors who will advise you further on relevant, local opportunities.
