Renewal notices
The subscription year runs between 1 January and 31 December. We send renewal notices early November before the subscription year starts. The subscription rate will depend on the country you lived in on 1 January.
You must pay your subscriptions on 1 January unless you are paying by Direct Debit. This means you can pay it quarterly on 1 January, April, July and October.
Find out how to pay by Direct Debit here. We will collect trust donations and Planning Theory and Practice subscriptions paid by direct debit on 1 January.
In-year subscription notices
We calculate subscription notices a monthly pro-rata basis. We will send you a notice with the date you must pay before your subscription becomes overdue. This will usually be the end of the month, one month after the date of the invoice, for example, if invoiced on 14 February, the due date will be 31 March.
If you changed your level, we will send you a revised subscription notice to reflect that first part of the year of the previous membership class and the second part of the new. We will consider all payments you made earlier.
Obtaining a subscription notice with employer's address
Contact us if you want us to re-issue a notice with your employer's address on it.
We will also save your employer's address as your contact address if you ask us to.
Multiple subscriptions notice
Your employer may ask us to send a notice for payment. They must email the Subscriptions Team a list of members' subscriptions and we will create and send the subscription notice to their address. We will not produce the notice without a list.
